I decided to conjure up something my self for the crock pot and my Italian husband loved it so, here you are! I hope you like it as much as he did!
1 Jar Muir Glen pasta sauce
1/2 a cup tomato sauce
1 16oz can diced tomatoes drained
1 8oz can tomato paste
2 tablespoons sugar (It reduces the acidity of the tomatoes)
garlic chopped up (use as much as you like, I use a lot because I LOVE garlic!)
2 lbs ground beef
a little bit of Montreal steak seasoning
1/2 cup beef broth
Black olives
Put the first 5 ingredients in the crock pot
Cook the ground beef and sprinkle a little bit of the montreal steak seasoning onto the beef and add the beef broth. Cook until no longer pink!
I drained some of the left over beef broth out of the meat mixture and pour the beef into the crock pot.
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hrs.
Serve over spaghetti and place olives on top! Sprinkle with some parmesan cheese over top if you like.
Enjoy!
